If you are not satisfied with an item in your order please email us at, neighborsandco@yahoo.com within five (5) days of receiving your order.

• Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees or will need to deliver the items to Neighbors and Co. Clothing Boutique and More, 204 E Edgerton St, Howard City, MI 49329.
• Items must be returned in original packaging, with original tags, must be unworn, clean and neat.
• A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) for the purchase price of the item(s).
• Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
• Special Order and Pre-Buy items are NOT eligible for return.
